Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

AniGen provides a visible Cancel Order function on its website, allowing customers to submit a cancellation request electronically. Customers may also contact our customer service by email to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The cancellation notice must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. After submitting the cancellation notice, the products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Returns and Exchanges

All products are covered by a 14-day return and exchange policy unless otherwise stated below.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when:

• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during transportation.
• The delivered product does not match the order.

Figures, games, movies, software, and products packaged by the manufacturer in a random assortment (such as trading cards, mystery boxes, and similar products) cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened.

Return Conditions

• Food products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty.
• Returned products must be in substantially the same condition as when received.
• All included accessories, parts, and any original packaging must be returned with the product.
• For collectible items, the original packaging is considered part of the product. If the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged, AniGen reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.
• The customer is responsible for packaging the returned product appropriately. If the product is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, the return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after AniGen has received the customer's cancellation notice. However, AniGen may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute regarding a return or exchange cannot be resolved, the customer may refer the matter to the competent consumer dispute resolution authority. Before doing so, the customer should contact the relevant consumer advisory service.

Value Added Tax

All prices displayed in the AniGen online store include the applicable Finnish Value Added Tax (VAT), currently 25.5%.
