Returns and Exchanges
All products have a 14-day right of return and exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transport.
Figures, games, movies, software, and products packed by the manufacturer in “random order” (e.g., trading cards, posters) are not eligible for return if the product packaging has been opened. This is due to the nature of these products and the breaking of factory seals.
Please note the following when returning an item:

Food products do not have a right of return or exchange.

The product must be unopened and in resalable condition.

The original packaging must be returned with the product. If the original packaging is missing, a maximum of 25% of the price may be refunded, as the box of a collectible item is considered part of the product.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the return. If a product is poorly packaged and becomes damaged during return shipping, no refund can be issued. The product can be packed in the same box in which it was originally delivered.
After an approved return, the payment will be refunded to the customer’s account once the product has been received and inspected.
If an agreement cannot be reached regarding a return or exchange, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before doing so, the customer must contact consumer advisory services.
All products include value-added tax (VAT) of 25.5%.
