AniGen tmi – Customer and Marketing Register

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
We process personal data for managing customer relationships and orders, communication, customer service, marketing, and business analytics.

Payment services: Paytrail Oyj and Klarna Bank AB receive the data required for payment transactions via secure connections.

E-commerce platform: We use Shopify to manage orders and operate the online store. Shopify stores customer-provided data (name, address, contact details, order and payment information) securely on its servers, which may be located outside the EU. Shopify complies with GDPR and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
